The American Association of Meat Processors held its 71st convention and cured meat contest in Kansas City in July, 2010.  The American Cured Meat Championships (ACMC), the only event of its kind in North America,
attracts hundreds of products in 25-30 classes each year. A recent addition to the contest includes Cured
Specialty Meat Products.

 

Meat processors enter their products for evaluation by judges who are specialists in the meat industry. We're pleased to announce that Jif-Pak customers were well represented in the winners' circle!
