2010 Safety Audit Results
from NSF—Cook & Thurber

Lee Jared, Vice President of Operations for Jif-Pak, has announced the results of our annual voluntary food safety audit from NSF International - Cook & Thurber.  Again this year, we have met or exceeded the NSF
audit expectations in all areas with an overall score of 97.18% on our audit conducted in May 2010.

Jif-Pak continues to promote and maintain the food safety and product quality programs as outlined by NSF
as part of our GMPs:

 

· Administration and Regulatory Compliance

· Recall & Traceability Programs

· HACCP Management

· Facilities, Equipment, and Maintenance Programs

· Sanitation/Hygiene

· Rodent and Pest Control Management

· Receiving and Inventory Control

· Process and Product Evaluation
